Eli is the owner and came to do 4 bedrooms for us. Work was done well and carpets look GREAT (see photo ). His carpet cleaning machine and equipment is top notch! And Eli was polite and friendly, too. We will use Steam Clean Restoration again when needed.

From the time he answered my call, to the time he completed the job, Eli exhibited complete professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and cleanliness. I called on a Tuesday morning and Eli came the following day to give me an estimate then scheduled for the next day, Thursday. Eli arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded immediately to work. An hour and a half later, my upholstered sofa and chairs and my entry way rug all looked new!I appreciate that Eli checked the fabric content of my furniture and rug to assure there would be no shrinkage or any other issues.
