I can not say enough about how wonderful this experience has been. Cody was so responsive and polite. He diagnosed our issue, explained what was going on and how to fix the problem. He immediately went and got the necessary parts. He replaced the problem and completed the call so efficiently. He and his son are very personable and professional. Thank you thank you!

I definitely recommend "The Leak Detective". Cody and his son provide excellent service, knowledgeable and professional. Previously Rooter Hero had told us they would come out to do a free inspection. However, they could not find where the leak was coming from and were advising to repipe the whole house for $25,000. After looking elsewhere and reading "The Leak Detective" reviews I called and spoke with Cody. He was straight forward and explain the process on how he would detect the leak and then from that point discuss solutions to the problem. Very glad we called them. Our irrigation sprung an underground leak with no water on the surface. We thought it was in the yard based on where the water was observed on the hillside. Turned out to be all the way around the back of the house and a couple of feet deep. It would have been a TON of digging to find ourselves. Arrived on time, leak found and fixed by noon.
