Kay lynn did the best job on my hair today. She was very helpful, professional, friendly. I really like the hair style she did for me.Requested style: Shoulder length bob with light textured bang, face frame.Style inspiration: Since taking heart medication, my hair became thinner, and after explaining my hair to the stylist, and showing a photo of a haircut and style that, I felt would be better for my hair. This place is nice. They keep notes on how you like your hair cut. Also when you check in online it tells you when to show up and get it done. Every stylist that I've had cut my hair at this location always does a great job, and I have yet to be anything less than half with the quality of work they do.

Good: made appointment online and was notified when to come in so I didn't have to wait at the shop.Great: customer service.Bad: seemed understaffed.Ugly: impatient people waiting to get their hair cut.
