The patient was not Hugh it was Millie, his wife. Dr Livingston did a good job on extracting my tooth, I guess. My first experience. But her assistant Ferdinand? Was even more helpful in answering my questions. The Dr told me I can call her if I have questions in days to follow and so I did. There was no answer and no call back to me. How does a loopy loo hold anything in my gums. It’s totally annoying!! They better go back to drawing board and figure out a much better way to hold that bone marrow in there. Not happy with aftermath of this extraction.

Today I went to imperial dental for a cleaning. They suggested I get a deep cleaning and a laser treatment. I didn’t have enough money to get all 4 quads done so I asked if I could just get 2 quads done and the other 2 later. Kathy went to all the dentist if they could do that. She advocated for me and was able to offer me all 4 quads for the price of 2. It was really above and beyond, especially since she knew I was already going to pay for the 2 anyway. It made me feel much more than just a name on a list. Thank you Kathy!!

Very friendly thorough I have my estimate for what needs to be done and it’s $6000 then my insurance company sent me a letter that some of that stuff isn’t even covered so I’ll be paying more that’s a bit high
