We have a twenty-year-old couch that had never been professionally cleaned. We were afraid it was beyond hope, but we decided to give Carpet Tech a call. A very nice woman answered the phone and made an appointment for a free estimate. Randy, the company owner and technician, came to our house, examined the couch, and gave us a price that was very reasonable, in fact it was lower than we had expected.
