I had an appointment scheduled with Alicia Moran yesterday June 23, 2026. I unfortunately had an emergency dental procedure that needed to be done and was unable to make my appointment. Due to being in a chair for hours and not being able to access my phone I attempted to send a message to this stylist to apologize. Explain what happened and offer to pay the cancelation fee. Only to find that this message was sent to me by her. As well as a disrespectful and harassing post on Facebook that she posted using my picture. If this is how this establishment allows this behavior what else is allowed.
