I always dread having a plumber come out because they're usually expensive! I had never used Ascent before, but they were referred to me by a friend. I had a leaky old toilet; Bob came out and replaced it. He was friendly, professional and quick....and the final price was very reasonable! Thanks Bob and thank you Ascent! And a shootout to Nikki in the office...she's great!
I normally do not leave reviews but this is my 2nd review in 2 days. I am impressed overall with their prompt assessment and quick resolution to the problem. I met with Travis today who is one of the owners and I am impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and HONEST expertise he addressed to a current problem. I give Travis and his Company an A+++ rating for overall EXCELLENCE!!!
I loved every minute with my experience with Ascent Plumbing! First and foremost…they answered my phone call right away and were even able to have Travis come out the same day to look at the problem!! Travis was nothing but easy to work with and I felt comfortable planning out our repair! When it came to the day of the repair, he was on time and had every concern of mine address and finished in record time! I’m so happy I called Ascent rather than another local plumbing company that I’ve used in the past. Thanks to Jonny and Travis for amazing work!!
