Matthew has serviced my clients and my home on several occasions. He is always professional and the rates are very reasonable. I have an elderly dementia client who had a penny stuck in her garbage disposal that jammed it up. My client gets nervous around new people because she has memory issues. Matthew was very kind and gentle with her and joked with her about the penny in the sink. My client found him amusing and was very comfortable with him. He also has fixed a few issues at my residence and was always on time with a great attitude and explains everything before and after he finishes a job.
