I had leaky windows and needed a contractor to assess before Andersen would replace them. I found Jay on the internet and all of his reviews were 5 stars. I called and he answered the phone himself. We found wood rot and black mold in all of the walls. He had to rebuild my entire downstairs rooms on the backside of my house. He was so concerned for my mother and mother-in-law who were living in those rooms that he started right away. The experience was seamless, efficient, and reasonably priced.
