After finding them on Yelp, I had a promising conversation with Leo, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. True to their word, the technician arrived promptly at 9 a.m., and we began to address the issue with my air conditioner. The technician accidentally miscommunicated the price of the procedure with me, although at the time, I did not know he had miscommunicated. I agreed to the fee. After the procedure was completed, he told me I owed him $125.00 more than what we agreed upon. To make a long story short, he told me sorry, but that is the charge. I didn't want to argue, so I wrote a check for the fee he was asking for. After the incident with the technician, I reached out to the ATA office. I had the pleasure of speaking with Leo, who not only understood my situation but also went above and beyond to resolve it.
