Absolutely stellar experience! I finally found a company that provided genuine options for my AC, looked everywhere in the valley and found some companies that didn’t even seem like they knew what they were talking about, but when Juda showed up to my door it was obvious he’s been doing this a long time. Professional, easy going, absolutely affordable and just a decent human being. A rare find these days for sure…
We had the pleasure of working with Juda from Kaldess AC today, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Juda came to our home to perform a diagnostic on our HVAC system, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. What truly set him apart was his exceptional knowledge—he didn't just identify potential issues, he took the time to fully educate us on how our system works.
In a refreshing display of transparency and professionalism, Juda actually invited me up to the roof to walk through the unit together. He explained everything in clear, understandable terms, pointed out potential issues that could arise in the future, and gave us honest guidance on what… read full review
I first used them about a year ago when my heater went out during the coldest part of winter. I have elderly parents living with me, and I was traveling at the time. Juda worked with my teenage son to get it fixed. They came out the same day, got it working quickly, and charged a fair price.
Fast forward to this year when my heater started blowing only cold air. Juda came out on a Sunday because he knew how important it was with my parents here. He figured out the problem right away and took care of it.
As a single mom who doesn't know much about HVAC stuff, it means everything to work with someone I can trust. Juda is honest and reliable, and I really appreciate that.
