Juda was so helpful, and responsive. Even though it was after the work hour, he accepted our job. He was quick and to the point. Also, he was so friendly. We were so happy to meet him and satisfied with his service.

An elderly family friend's A/C stopped working during the heatwave and I called several repair services and nobody would squeeze her in, unless they charged an outrageous emergency service charge to just get to the door. Some friends of mine highly recommended Kaldess and said Juda, the owner, saved them $1,500 when compared to other estimates for work they needed. He is beyond kind, he said wanted to help her and came first thing in the morning and ordered the part and came the morning after and fixed it. Juda was the first to reply to my Yelp request at 8pm and offered to come the next day to look at replacing my hvac unit that my home warranty company was refusing to fix, during a month long heatwave. Unfortunately my unit required a split unit (and he does packaged units), so he referred us to one of his colleagues who does split systems. His colleague came out the same day! Juda was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and even though he could not do the work himself, went out of his way to make sure we were able to get a reasonable quote from someone he trusts and has worked with for over 20 years.
