Dean gave an estimate, answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, took my phone calls and answered texts promptly. He was here for the entire day during the replacement of my two furnaces and 2 AC systems. And he was the last to leave. He responded on Sunday to a text about a simple glitch and had the problem resolved first thing Monday. We couldn't be happier. I have referred him to neighbors!
