“These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“

“Called Highland Air with a heating issue, and they were here at 7:30am the next morning. My furnace is over 20 years old, and most companies will NOT even look at systems that old, let alone do any repairs. Everyone wants to sell you a new one for $15,000-$40,000. Sorry! I'd rather freeze in my 60 degree house, and travel the world with that kinda money! Shai found the issue within minutes, minimal cost, and my dog & I will be travelling to Costa Rica next week. ;) I am truly grateful, after searching long and hard for a company who really keeps your best interests in mind. Explains everything in detail, and doesn't try to sell you on something you don't really need. You will not be disappointed.“

“Casino heating and air-conditioning is absolutely the best! After our AC broke down during a massive heat spell, I got the runaround from a whole list of manufacturer-authorized repair people. None of them would honor the warranty that was in place. So I called Casino. Even though they couldn't cover the warranty because they don't handle that specific manufacturer, the price was unbelievably fair and he was able to come out the same day! Dan, the owner, was honest, professional, and had our AC working within 10 minutes! They don't get any better than Casino!“

“Keith and his team saved the day! Our AC went out on a hot day and he was there the next day first thing in the AM. Came on a Sunday and did not charge a weekend or ER bogus fee. I was nervous we'd need a new unit, but Keith and his team assured me it will be ok and they are not ones to gouge people. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem for less than $500.
