Last Friday evening, my ancient wall heater (at least 60 years old), which until then had been working perfectly, just stopped working. Over the next several days, I talked to many heater repair businesses - both private individuals and large companies, about possibly coming out and either repairing my old heater, or installing a new one. Not one of them would help. So we spent many days and nights using only the fireplace to keep the house livable. I finally came across ATA Heating and A/C. One phone call was all it took. Alex, the technician, just left after doing a quarterly maintenance that is usually done by a different company. He was very informative, giving me details about the coils, Freon, filters, etc. Alex was knowledgeable and very personable--and I greatly appreciated the time spent on the roof of my building on one of the few Southern California rainy days. I sincerely appreciated Corrine who helped with getting all the necessary insurance paperwork required by my HOA board. She directly communicated with our management company regarding the board's demand for the association's name to be listed as the "additionally insured" client--and fulfilled the request expeditiously....read full review

Ron is professional, I called for an urgent situation late at night, and he was prompt and knowledgeable. He had the part that I needed in his vehicle. He crawled into my tight attic space like a little ninja.
