“I purchased my AC in 2003 and never had any trouble in all those years. I decided it might be appropriate to have the unit serviced. Nick came out at the appointed time. He checked the unit, cleaned it and said everything was in good order. He went into the attic and checked the condition of the tubing as well as the thermostat. Again, everything was in good order. I was overwhelmed at his honesty because I could have been told everything needed to be changed. Nick changed the filter and charged a simple maintenance fee. I am so happy I can trust a company to be so upright and honest in their assessment. I would have given 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU JOE & NICK.“

"I wish I never used them" The previous company & another were giving me a run around not answering calls. Anyway I found Aeris through Google search. Man the moment I called I spoke with Natalie. An angel sent from heaven. She listened to the situation I had. My mother is residing with me elderly. I was in desperate need of heath for night. She went above & beyond to send Paulino to diagnose the problem same day. Since I had to be on the field next day. He immediately saw the previous company had intentionally shut off the gas so we get desperate and call them back. We spoke with Marvin on face time. “I had ATC put in a new unit on the roof. I worked with Denise and her manager.They were great! very quick response and were able to find a unit I could afford. no hassle with the install. I have to say I've had issues with the diagnostics with ATC where they replace a part and a day or two later, the unit has the same problem. They come back and tell me that another part is bad. It's happened a couple of times over the years and as recently as a month ago.I don't think they're not trustworthy, I just believe these units are complicated and hard to pinpoint a particular issue.“
