We had our furnace maintenance check and was grateful for Brandon being able to diagnose the problem why our thermostat keeps rebooting. He was definitely knowledgeable and professional. Brandon came out and checked our system, quickly identified the issue and ordered the part. In just two business days, they had the needed replacement part and Carla contacted us to schedule the repair. Brandon was prompt and very pleasant to work with. Carla was very sweet and accommodating of the time frame that we needed the repair done. I definitely recommend Cozy Home Services.
