Steve came right out (ON A HOLIDAY) and within 30 minutes knew exactly what needed to be to be repaired. My AC unit is over 20 years old and I was concerned I'd have to buy a new one...Certified Comfort unfortunately got slammed by several bad and "FALSE" reviews. These guys have decades of experience and I HIGHLY recommend going with them before wasting your time and money on the "Big name AC HVAC companies" that would more than likely try telling you you'd have to buy a whole new HVAC system! AC stopped working and Steve came out the next morning and fixed our AC! Turns out it was the capacitor. Prompt and reliable service. I had a great experience with Steve at Certified Comfort Htg and AC! Thank you again!
Ac cooling problem recently occurred and I called Certified Comfort Air and Steve the owner responded. He came out the next day (today) and diagnosed the problem as low freon and added the necessary amount needed. Total time spent less than hour. I am very happy with Certified Comfort Air and their professional customer service. I am a retired building inspector of 30 years and have used them for much of that time. Steve and his son Jr have serviced my rentals and personal home and saved me a great deal of time and money. My vocation has taught me a great deal about reliable services and I recognize the honest from the posers. I recommend Certified Comfort Air without reservation.
