Since we moved in to our new home, the problem with AC was show up. Fortunately, we got so many wonderful people like Lisa Gardenhire to help us. She was keeping in touch and updated the information with us kindly, and the technicians, especially the supervisor Mr. Glovanny, they drive all the way long to come to work and came early on the stormy morning time, they explained the things to me nicely and patiently.
