Art arrived early and before doing anything else gave a full explanation of what the service call included. After making sure that I understood and providing me with an estimate of time it would take to complete his service work and inspection.
When he was done, he gave me a full review of his findings along with his recommendations for the repairs to keep the system operating as efficient as possible. Along with the recommendations he provided the costs for each repair and part. After getting my approval, he completed the maintenance work, showing and explaining what he did. Then he cleaned up the work area and hosed down the AC compressor.

Got a new Bryant heat pump and blower to replace our 23 year old Ruud and gas furnace. 1 day install and is so quiet! Air blows much more forcefully out of the vents than the old system did. Looks good, and feels great in the house.
We had a great experience. Our AC went out and we called and Gil came out and fixed it temporarily but let us know we needed a new a new HVAC system. They came out the following week and I am so happy with the experience and to have AC. I would 100% recommend!
