Unbelievably fast & efficient.
Shortly after purchasing a new to us house that had a standby Generac generator we experienced a power outage - on Christmas Eve. The generator did not start and showed error codes indicating a service was required. After initial teething issues, got hold of ‘Deb’ at LT Generator who immediately dispatched ‘Tony Diaz’. Literally within minutes, Tony arrived and not only got it running, he fully serviced the generator and took the time to patiently explain the entire system, mode of operation, procedures, and what to expect going forward. Could not be happier with the job LT Generators did installing a 20kw Kohler home generator. They were very professional in all respects from initial consultation to planning, install, and clean up. Would not hesitate to recommend LT Generators.
