I have been wanting a Generac generator for a long time. I was finally able to make this significant purchase. I thoroughly investigated the various companies that provided and installed these generators. I decided to go with LT Generator because they were the best price and I really believed based on my own research that this was the best company in comparison to the other 2 companies who bid the job.I clearly made a great decision. If you are looking for someone to offer a fair and competitive price, treat you well, and do a phenomenal job then look no further. I had two bids for my generator the first was $5,000 more with a small 11kW generator and they would not offer anything bigger because they were too happy with ripping me off. That generator would not have even powered half my appliances let alone the AC. The second quote required me to use only propane (and no it was not a propane generator, but they wanted money from selling me the $4,500 propane tanks)...but LT's quote was beyond my expectations. What a fantastic experience from the pre-sales visit with Tommy to size up the generator to the installation led by Bill and his team. the price was great, the communication was great from receiving the estimate thru the installation. I highly recommend LT, so much so that I have already referred two friends to them for whole house generators.
