“When it comes to details I'm an absolute psycho. That is one of my toxic traits. I see EVERYTHING, every scratch, every scuff, if something is uneven by 00000.1 millimeters somehow I will see it! So construction is not exactly a walk in the park with someone like me After doing tons of research we decided to go with Ron and Aasif. They came in with a competitive quote, and even though they were not the lowest quote, I liked them the most, and immediately trusted them the most as well. Now after working with both of them, I can safely say they are both salt of the earth type of guys. Honest, PATIENT, hardworking, fair...I could go on and on. They are genuine, caring, and value their customers, truly. They told me it would take eight weeks to complete the project, we were done in FIVE! Every step of the way they held my hand, and walked us through the process. Construction can be stressful and it's inevitable hiccups will happen, but if you're going to be in the trenches, trust me when I say you want it to be with Ron and Aasif. Anyone that gets to work with them is fortunate. With all the horrific construction stories we've all heard, that's not something you have to worry about with these guys (in my experience). Shout out to some of their team members, Jesse and Edwin (the best paint team) and their backsplash guy, Christian. They (almost) have as much ocd as me when it comes to details ;) I know this was long winded but if you've made it this far, just go with them already, they are THE BEST! “When I was planning this remodel I just wasn’t sure on when to start and how it would work with my schedule. I was not in town for most of the project. That was the whole reason I kept dragging my feet on it. I did not want to manage a remodel from a different state. Sounded like a terrible idea. But the house needed work badly and there was no point in waiting anymore. I was initially very worried. Asking myself can I trust the contractor will they answer me, will the job keep moving and so on. With quality first builders I felt early on that the answer was yes to everything. I met with Rudy for the first meeting, and once the contract was signed, I received a very detailed breakdown of all the design items from the design team. This email literally had everything in it, questions, links to things, vision boards etc. This was a lot more help than I expected given the fact that I wouldn’t be in town when a lot of the finishes were going to be needed. We scheduled in-person shopping dates for the days I was in town and other things were chosen online.

They kept me in the loop the entire time with updates, photos and quick answers to everything. Their communication was absolutely top notch.
And then I came back and it was just... done. That is probably the biggest compliment I can give them. The whole thing took up way less mental energy than I thought it would and the place feels really good now. Very very glad I did not keep putting it off. Kudos to Quality First Builders for impeccable work from start to finish.“

“I was first referred to Yanes Rain Gutters 8 years ago when I purchased a new home. I was referred to both Yanes and a larger company. At that time the Yanes Rain Gutters was much smaller than they are now. I received quotes from both and decided to give Yanes my business. As a business owner I like doing business with smaller companies. They usually take pride in their work and charge reasonable prices. Darvin the owner did all of the work and he did an excellent job. Fast forward 8 years, we are renovating our backyard. We built a nice outdoor kitchen with a pergola cover. We decided to install metal fascia, rain gutters, and a torched roof. My contractor had quotes from a couple of different companies. I thought the companies quoted too much for the gutters, so I reached out to Darvin. He came the following day to give me a quote for the gutters. I knew the quality of his work, so of course I decided to use Yanes Rain Gutters. I asked Darvin if he knew any roofers and someone that could install metal fascia. He said that he had a great roofer and his company could do the fascia. He gave me a quote, and I must say that it was better than that of the other 2 companies. Of course, I decided to use Yanes and their roof person. I must say that I was very pleased with the quality of work performed. I highly recommend Yanes Rain Gutters. They do great work at a reasonable price. I will add photos when the project is complete.“

“Jonathan came recommended through a friend of ours who worked with him on her remodel and gave nothing but a glowing review. We had no other friends who could, in good faith, recommend their former contractors, so we immediately knew he was something special.

We were looking to add a new room to our house as an ADU above the garage. Many other companies we spoke to either quoted astronomically high or were simply unresponsive. Jonathan was immediately a very clear communicator, a straight shooter, and offered solutions that others did not propose to make all of our asks a reality.

After the initial meeting, we threw in a curveball of wanting to replace all of the windows and doors on the main house as well. He was able to fold this into the plans and re-adjust the schedule and price accordingly. He is a diligent time manager and kept each part of the process moving, and even nudging us when the ball was in our court.

Most importantly, he is extraordinarily responsive. Whatever question we had (and we had a lot of them), he would take the time to clearly explain the details of the situation. He and his team are professional and courteous (shout out to Carlos!) and, since we stayed in the house during the re-model, aimed to make the process as unobtrusive as possible.

We even asked him a question two months after the job finished and he responded immediately and helped send a team to handle what we needed. Above and beyond.

For all of these reasons and more, we highly recommend Jonathan and his team for all of your contracting needs!“
