“We’ve been interviewing contractors for about 9 months now. Every single “sales person” , not contractor himself, was unknowledgeable, didn’t have sufficient pictures, understanding of the project scope, hasty to get a deposit until my wife found Chad. He was timely, no nonsense kind of guy, completely understood the needs, drew a beautiful drawing for us to better understand, forthcoming, patient, listened well and gave a very fair quote. He put us at ease that he’s the perfect man for our project. We signed with him right away without any hesitation.
The job commenced as he scheduled, amazing employees, Elias and Job, main design and construction, Roberto was the strong arm with the material. They all created an amazing masterpiece, left us all at awe. I’m recommending Chad to all our friends. Thank you Chad for job well done, you are truly an artist.”
