“Needed an outlet installed. Reached out to Gomez Electric and they sent a tech the very next day. Pricing was fair and the work is professional. A few cuts need to be made into the drywall but was very minimal and clean. Because the cut was done cleanly it is easy to reuse for patch and paint. Electrical outlet works perfectly and was done in about ~1.5 hours. Adrian was the tech that came out and was both professional and friendly. Very communicative, answered all my questions and explain what he was doing. Strongly recommend this company!“

“Pearl did an amazing job on my patio deck. We used to have an old and cracked concrete pad for the floors and a rotting wood cover on top of it. We were looking to make it a bit more contemporary. With Pearl's help we designed a modern structure covered with stucco and some wood work on top of it for some contrast. This required an actual plan submitted to the city believe it or not but I guess they have to do for the building permit process. It took some time but eventually we got approved. We went with an Ipe deck for the floors, no stain was added, just a clear coat for protection. The result is amazing! They have exceeded our expectation. From the very beginning they were on time, kept us informed on the permit process and everything. As in every project I'm sure we have minor delays but I rather wait and get better results than finish fast and then feel sorry for not perfecting the project or making mistakes“

“Eli and First Quality Builders did a good job at remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. They made suggestions about the type of kitchen cabinets I should get and I am happy that I followed their suggestions re a corner lazy Susan cabinet, pull-out cabinets, and countertop lights. Eli and his crew were totally professional--the best part is that there were no job delays. When Eli said someone would be there at 8 am on Tuesday-they were there at 8 am on Tuesday. Eli promptly responded to all my calls and texts. It has been over 6 years that the work was done, and everything still looks wonderful and works. The only issue I had was that in the bathroom, the worker replaced my medicine cabinet in the original space in the wall without thinking as it was completely off- center to the sink and vanity. They had to take it out and redo the inset. That should have been done correctly in the beginning. Otherwise, I am very happy with the work done.“

“My bath tub was leaking into the ceiling below me. I was having trouble with the insurance company and my neighbors were being inconvenienced. “What can I say? I bought a house that was in need of a pretty decent overhaul inside and in the garage. Lee and NextDoor not only came in with a very reasonable bid, but a much better timeline than any other contractor -- and she kept to it.She has a team that works nonstop. I'm talking nights and weekends, which I've never seen before from contractors. She is on-site once a day, at least, if not more. There isn't a day she isn't coming by to examine the work her team does. Everything happens fast, fast, fast, which helped because we were paying rent and mortgage, while work was being done.We're very happy with how the house turned out - especially our new kitchen! My budget didn't allow me to do all I wanted to do, but for the money I did have, Lee and her team did great work.As soon as I save enough, I'll be calling her back to do more!“
