“I had very big, very deep forehead wrinkles that I didn't think could be dealt with. I went for a consultation to Dr. Watson's office, to see what his thoughts were. The staff were incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. The office is beautiful, with serene, spa-like finishes everywhere. There are even plenty of before and after photos of REAL patients so you know what to expect! He gave me multiple options, and explained in detail what the Botox vs Dysport injections entailed. There was absolutely no pressure, and he let me choose what I wanted based on what I thought was most important. I ended up choosing the Dysport injections, and WOW I am so glad I did. Within FOUR days my forehead was perfectly smooth. The best part though is that even though I keep getting compliments on my skin and lack of wrinkles, nobody knows or suspects that I've had anything done! Finally, I was worried about pain as I don't like needles, but he is so smooth and confident, and he uses a distracting device so I didn't feel a THING! I recommend this place to anyone looking for anything from Botox, filler, laser treatments, or belly-fat busting treatments. I'll definitely be going back for all of my cosmetic needs.“

“Their mobile imaging van met me at my dentist's location to take rays and photos. This review is to take "a hats off" bow to the technician Chris who was impressive in several ways: very good "bedside manners" in his gentle, considerate, and respectful interactions, and also, far more important was his strict hygiene protocol. I pay very close attention to such details as our health and often our lives depend on such protocol. Chris changed his gloves between each imaging procedure after touching anything else - his computer, for example. It appears that the entire van was wiped down and thoroughly cleaned to the last square centimeter. (I wouldn't be surprised if he lifts the floorboards to clean under them every day). He stated that he does spray the seating with a disinfectant as well, although if and when there is a next time for me to have more imaging done, I will probably bring a towel to place between the back of my head and the headrest as an additional precautionary measure. Again, hats off to McCormack and specifically to Chris.“

“We are French and were on holiday in julian at the beginning of september. Visiting our cousins. With my son, during a hike in the hills, we were stung by wasps. We started to have allergic skin reactions. I was really worry about that. We went to the clinic in julian, and there was a member of staff, with a good analysis of our problem, she recommended antihistamines. She even accompanied us to the grocery store on the main street to be sure that we bought the right medicine. I do not know the name of this woman, but i want to thank her warmly. Christophe“

“Dr. Robinson has "old school" values - he spends as much time as necessary to find out what his patient needs. He doesn't watch the clock like many other MDs. He asks the right questions and actually LISTENS to your answers. He is not a "pill pusher" - if some other less intrusive treatment may work, he will suggest it. His staff is friendly and does their best to accommodate your schedule. Escondido is fortunate to have him - and I am very glad I found him.“

She was very thorough, explained her thoughts/plan for additional care for my patient, and was very helpful. She is following up on a couple of issues for my patient which is a huge help to me. “I’ve had very positive experiences with the providers and staff at this location. Ashley brown (provider) is the only provider I’ve ever encountered in my entire life who actually cares and listens to my woman issues I’ve had since I was 12! She is so empathetic, professional, and friendly. She really works hard to figure out what is going on and is quick to refer me out if needed. The other providers are amazing too but I’ve only seen them prior to the issue I’m having. The medical assistants and office staff are super nice and professional too. If there’s a delay they will keep you updated and even offer you a drink to keep you comfortable while you wait. I’ve never had such a positive experience and I’m so incredibly thankful to have found this clinic. I had an OB I use to see yearly for birth control and switched to this clinic since moving to Escondido because they will schedule appointments soon and if an appointment opens up even sooner they reach out to you. I use to have to wait for OB appointments for MONTHS and my old office would only give me an 3 month supply of the birth control I need for hormones and that I’ve taken since I was 13 plus that office wanted to see me every 3 months just for refills. now I’ve never had to wait for longer than a week for appointments AND they give me a YEAR’S supply. Yep an entire year! It’s a godsend especially considering I need this medication all the time not just for contraceptive reasons it’s so I don’t get ill.“
