Made an appointment and was treated well. Idk what's up the the low reviews. I went to the vista center and I didn't have as good of an experience there. I'll be going here from Now on
Expect to wait an extra 30min on average for appointments, 90min for walk-ins. They are a smaller clinic. The manager did come out unprompted to apologize for the wait and gave everyone snacks. I saw a lot of rude people complaining about the wait.
Absolutely love the attention, care that I was giving on 7/17 and for us to not be appreciative of the services that plan parenthood provides for us free is just not right. Thank you beautiful Stephanie, professional Dr Nguyen and the amazing MA that took my blood, and the admin staff in the front for making me feel safe and care for, I will be coming back to this location. Stay cool and thank you again!
