This office has changed my life. Dr. Cox is the most wonderful human that I ever met and I’m so grateful for her. I also receive services through their behavioral health department and everyone I have spoken to has helped me so much. I finally feel healthy mentally and physically and it really is thanks to this wonderful medical team and all the resources they provide. We’re so lucky to have this office in Escondido!

I just started my medical care and so far so good. Front desk i give them a 4 they could do bettter. But as for my doctor Dr. Ortiz is awesome ? im very happy. Just wished he was in the Escondido location more days during the week. Id recommend him! ?

The staff are very friendly, and I am huge on customer service, as I have been in that field for the past 45 years. When I receive quality service, I believe that it should be recognized and commended. In this case, I would like to share the good news that San Ysidro Health is an awesome place to receive healthcare from staff and doctors that truly care. My mother is a patient, and the only reason I am not personally, is because I am under an HMO plan that does not include San Ysidro as an option. If it did, I would definitely want Dr. Victoria Cox as my primary care physician. She puts her heart into her work, and treats my mother as if she were her own family. That...read full review
