“This is a new urgent care near my home. The staff welcomed me promptly and I was signed in as a new patient. The staff are very professional and helpful. I was seen by the PA and was diagnosed and provided a prescription. I am very pleased with the whole experience.“

Dr. So is not only incredibly organized and professional, but he also genuinely listens and cares. I’ve never had a doctor so prepared before the visit, so attentive during, and so proactive after. Every detail is handled with care. The office runs like clockwork, and you never feel rushed or overlooked.

I have been a patient less than a year and him and his team has helped me in getting healthy, dealing with pain and my weight. I am... I was a 400+ Samoan that loves to eat, and I will come to your BBQ, eat AND take a plate home for later, but I wasn't healthy at all, just recently he put me on Zepbound and that first week I dropped a lot of weight (a lot of weight) and it put him on high alert because rapid weight loss can cause hypoglycemia and that explained a lot that happened to me that first week and now I am being monitored very closely so I don't harm myself, This team is very good to me Lastly, I came in one day and told him that I had a breakdown and it really messed me up in January 2024, not only did these people not brush me off, they helped me get to where I needed to be....me again, that is a good Dr. and team to me, maybe not to some, but I can only tell you what has been done for me. “My 1st encounter with UCP was during COVID. I continued using them when I could not get an immediate appt with my Primary. They discovered serious medical issues with me and sent me in an ambulance to ER, not the same response at the hosp. The 2nd time I was referred to ER (another location), my life began to improve! UPC's detection ended in life-saving surgery!!! I valuethe opinions of their medical professionals for major and minor health conditions! This is a good place to start, especially if you cannot get to your Primary and ER is packed! UCP began my journey to healing!“

“Helpful understanding doctor, which is hard to find in urgent care.

Understandable because they have to go through a lot of patients but most will just pump you with a steroid and get you out the door.“

“This is probably the best Urgent Care you can go to they're always open and there's hardly ever anybody there that you're in and out in no time I've come multiple times and each time I'm out within an hour no joke. But not just that they don't rush and not listen to you I feel like this is a problem with a lot of doctors they're too busy trying to get you in and out the door not actually sitting down and listening to what you have to say and taking it to heart I've seen more than one doctor here I always come here and every time has been a good experience they actually listened and take the time and care for their patience. It's a bit out of the way from my place when I don't have a car but I find a way to get here it's well worth it.“

“after going to the ER & two other urgent cares in the area in attempts to get a cyst drained with no luck i stumbled across this place. this place is AMAZING. they had me in the room in no time and roxana was able to help me drain my cyst, and was the sweetest person ever towards me given i had been in a terrible mood and in a lot of pain. I don’t understand all the bad reviews for here, they are so amazing and caring. thank you to all the staff especially roxana for helping me feel better. you guys are AMAZING!!!“
