The new front desk was so kind, and helpful, she made my check in so simple as well as my prescription pick up. I came in feeling terrible and the last thing I could possibly think of was where I could pick up prescription and she simplified that for me. The doctors visit went a lot smoother than my last visit and was made a lot easier.
I had a great experience at this urgent care center. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
What really stood out was how quickly they were able to take care of me. The check-in process was smooth, the medical team was attentive, and they made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, but everything moved along efficiently.

Such an easy process , first time visit at this location for me , I called prior to ask about insurance , and cash pay options , and the staff answered all my questions. Instead of having to fill out paperwork as a new patient, everything was done over phone, and uploaded all my information so just had to comfirm appointment time and check in. Was painless. Staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend in the future.
