Very nice staff and easy check in on mobile devices. Clean waiting room and smooth process. I came in with my two toddlers and the provider was able to see all of us and unfortunately all had RSV. I previously worked at Urgent Cares myself and work in healthcare at a hospital now and was impressed with all staff. Thank you!

I just went in to Exer for the first time, and I have to say I was very pleased with the care they took. My PCP was unable to see me today and due to my symptoms they recommended I go to urgent care today. I walked in, no appointment, I filled out paper work(1page- new patient). I was registered within ~7min. They did warn me that 4 people were ahead of me. When I was called in, they walked me to my room, took my vitals and i waited less 5min for the PA to see me. I went in complaining about chest congestion that I have had for a week. We pass many other urgent cares to come to this one. We always have exceptional care. They have treated every member of our family on multiple occasions. It is clean and well managed. The providers are sharp, caring, capable and qualified.
