Comfortable facility, friendly and courteous staff and very efficient. I walked in and was greeted, checked-in, did paperwork online was seen, diagnosed, prescribed meds and out the door in under 30 minutes. When you’re not feeling well it’s refreshing to get through the doctor visit quickly and spending time getting better.
I had an amazing experience at this urgent care clinic for an ear cleaning. The office was spotless and the check-in process was very fast. The medical assistant (Taylor) who performed the ear cleaning was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and checked in on me throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was comfortable. It was a completely painless process and the relief was instant. I am so grateful for her exceptional care.
