I walked in on a Saturday at around 3pm, and I was out at around 5pm. It was urgent, and I was lucky because some people had to wait a REALLY long time while mine was reasonable. It was good that I could walk in without an appointment then leave with my prescription, but because they serve so many people, a visit to urgent care was long enough to take up my day (so I feel that I "lost" a Saturday because I desperately needed to get urgent care).The staff at this center are very nice, and they try to keep their spirits high (even though I was not in a joking mood because I was sick and frustrated).Overall, I felt that the service was adequate, but I really had to be proactive...read full review

I was recently there at Urgent Care. I didn't wait long and was taken into a room fairly quickly. The doctor and nurses were so kind and patient with me. They thoroughly explained everything they were doing. I was grateful that they even provided me with preventive care while I was there.

I went to Urgent Care at roughly 8:20-30 PM. Closing time is 9 PM. My daughter was in terrible pain from being kicked at school in her tailbone area. Dr. V.H. Perez and Nurse J.M. Rivera were WONDERFUL!!! They were both friendly and professional. Keep in mind they've worked ALL day and yet met us with a smile! My daughter was hesitant to put a gown on. Nurse Rivera put her mind at ease. Dr. Perez was COMPLETELY engaged, present and empathetic towards my daughter. Again it's like closing time! He didn't rush the exam because he wanted to go home. He was thorough and answered all questions and concerns. The NEXT day he followed up on how she was feeling and made an additional follow up phone appointment for a few days after that! Thank you Dr. Perez and Nurse Rivera!!! You 2 are FANTASTIC at what you do!!!
