Outstanding service and empathy from every single Kaiser team member with whom I interacted at this facility: most notably J. D. Carballo, PA who has been amazing, keeping me ASAP updated about the lab tests, etc. with the sort of care one might only expect to receive from a personal doctor back in the days when doctors had more time to help each patient. Also the lab technician who drew my blood sample (neglected to get her name) was also amazing since my veins are usually tricky to find; she found one swiftly and gave helpful info and was funny.
