Follow-up care is also excellent, with prescriptions ready quickly, although some patients noted that results, like x-ray results, may take longer than expected. I usually go to Aliso Viejo but I wanted to try this location since it’s nearer and I was coming from work. Excellent staff. I was taken in esrly since I arrived early. No wait time at 6pm. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The xr results though took a while to receive. I was told it will be available the same day. I received them two days later. Not much of a big deal.
Easy check-in online, staff was friendly, and no long wait. I got in and out quickly. Also was able to reserve a time slot online. I would highly recommend Hoag urgent care.
