DO NOT ESTABLISH HERE. I’ve used their urgent care side to get doctors notes (anything more serious go somewhere else, I have a permanent deformed pinky from when they sent me home with a “sprain”) but I’ve now gone through 3 primary care providers because they quit the practice and have been stuck scrambling to get re-established. That means taking time off work because none of them come in before 10 and stay past 4. If you have a job or busy schedule stay clear of this place they do no respect your time

If you live in central orange County, this is your best choice for medical care. Srsly! Been coming here for years. Easy to get an appointment, easy to park. If you need to get to a doctor, you're already stressed. Don't make it worse with a bad doctor.

This place is garbage. I've been here for years and would see Dr.Rosebrock but the girl working the desk is god awful. Super disrespectful and hung up on me twice. This is after me spending well over 1-2k I'm visits over time. Dr.Rosebrock has gave me the same two prescriptions but this time he changed it and gave me the wrong one. After telling me he would give me the same prescriptions as always. So I walk out check it's not the right one and call the lady is so rude hangs up, I call back and doesn't answer. I left a message telling them the dr made a mistake and I get a call this morning with the worst attitude and clicked on me again. Those are the only prescriptions that work for me. She continued to say he does r prescribe that anymore and that pharmacies don't either which is a straight lie! dr.Rosebrock should've told me that from the onset I wouldn't have paid 110$ since I have no insurance if I couldn't get the prescriptions that help me. I want a refund. I can't even speak to anyone about this. I've came here so many times and they just scammed me. -GR
