Took my Dad into Exer in Costa Mesa and have to say wonderful service from the front deck to the nurses to the Dr. They were all very helpful and have even followed up with a call with more information! thank you.
I came there because I needed a doctors note! My boss said if I was to use my sick days I needed a doctors note I wasn’t feeling well but had to go and obtain a note regardless Anybow I was honest and I got checked in and out quickly the PA Katherine was super nice the MA was thorough easy to talk to and Jeffrey was also pretty cool so thanks for making a good experience for me
Our experience with the provider was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming, respectful, and professional, which made us feel comfortable and valued right away. They were very attentive to our needs, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of our questions with patience and care.
