“Called Westwood Appliance to check out my 10-year old Bosch dishwasher that had stopped working due to an error code that indicated water was leaking. Ronnie came out and dried everything up. He couldn't recreate the leak, but suggested it might be time to replace the motor--which would be expensive--so maybe time for a new one? While we were researching the replacement, Ronnie said it was okay to keep using the dishwasher. So I called Danielle in the office to discuss a new one (very good prices by the way), and while we were deciding, the dishwasher kept working okay. After 3 weeks, I spoke to Ronnie again who asked about how we were using the machine, and it was determined that it was operator error. We were putting cookie sheets and cutting boards into the machine, which can cause leaking. So that looks like the problem. Meantime, when we need a new one, we'll be calling Danielle to hook us up. Really great service all around.“

They helped us on short notice and went out of their way to help us chase down a part. We just hired them again when our Samsung washer had a leak. I called and was thrilled that a technician was available within a few hours to come out and stop the leak. And he was familiar with our issue and knew exactly what to do. DG ordered the part we needed and had our washer back up and running in less than 3 days. We will definitely use them again, although I hope we don't have to!“
