Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing. We called DG when we had a warranty issue on our LG fridge and they were fantastic. They helped us on short notice and went out of their way to help us chase down a part. We just hired them again when our Samsung washer had a leak. I called and was thrilled that a technician was available within a few hours to come out and stop the leak. And he was familiar with our issue and knew exactly what to do. DG ordered the part we needed and had our washer back up and running in less than 3 days. We will definitely use them again, although I hope we don't have to!

Had a problem finding a local LG repair person locally, and received info from LG that DG is an authorized LG service company. Call was answered promptly, Oleg arrived within a few hours of my request on schedule with a call with arrival time. Work completed perfectly. No unexpected charges. Thank you LG. Our washer works just like new.

Needed service on our 4-year-old LG French door refrigerator when it started making a buzzing hum and wasn't keeping things frozen/sufficiently cold. Called DG Appliance Service (authorized LG service) and Dmitry patiently obtained the info he needed to diagnose the problem. The parts were promptly ordered and he was able to make the repair the day the parts were received from LG. Could not be happier with the way everything was handled from start to finish.
