I highly recommend iFix for any appliance repairs. Our refrigerator stopped working, and they were able to send a technician out the very next day. Technician Paul was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained the problem clearly and had it fixed in no time. The pricing was transparent, and the repair has held up perfectly.

Our fridge wasn’t cooling, so we called iFix Appliances, and they came the next day. The repair technician’s name was Paul. He was friendly, efficient, and transparent throughout the entire process. He explained what he believed the culprit was (an end-of-life fan), walked us through his repair plan, and gave us estimates for two different scenarios.
Turns out he was right — the fan was gone. What I really appreciated about Paul was his honesty. He said that if the new fan didn’t fix the issue, I wouldn’t be charged for the repair, only for the service call. Thankfully, the fridge has been working perfectly since the fan replacement.

After a week of struggling with my Thermador oven taking forever to reach temperature, I contacted iFix through Yelp. They replied within 20 minutes and scheduled a visit for the next day at a time that fit my schedule.

Paul arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue: a failing bake igniter and worn temperature sensor were causing the oven to underperform. He walked me through the problem, showed me the exact parts that needed replacement, and explained the repair in plain English. Within two hours, the oven was repaired.
