My ice maker stopped working in my GE Elite Refrigerator. I called American Home Shield who sent out Active Appliance. I had to leave work to meet the person because the window was 9am - 5pm He came could not fix the problem, left ordered a part came back another day 9-5pm window and replaced the ice maker with another broken ice maker. Long story AHS went with another company and sent VICTOR FROM MAGIC APPLIANCE to my house 9-11am window arrived at 9:05am replaced my Ice Maker - IT WAS FIXED and he adjusted my water pressure. I will recommend MAGIC APPLIANCE to everyone, they know what they are doing!

Terrific experience. I was connected with them thru AHS home warranty. I called Magic Appliance. A helpful person over the phone made me an appointment, and it was only a couple days wait. They arrived to the appointment on time. Figured out what the problem was with my fridge, and fixed it same day. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you Magic Appliance.
