“Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing. We called DG when we had a warranty issue on our LG fridge and they were fantastic. They helped us on short notice and went out of their way to help us chase down a part. We just hired them again when our Samsung washer had a leak. I called and was thrilled that a technician was available within a few hours to come out and stop the leak. And he was familiar with our issue and knew exactly what to do. DG ordered the part we needed and had our washer back up and running in less than 3 days. We will definitely use them again, although I hope we don't have to!”
