“I had my vacuum canister repaired and cleaned in studio city. The charge was $80.00. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the belt in the head was broken. They put a refurbished head on and I tried it out. It broke while I was testing it out in the store. They accused me of breaking it. I guess I did . It broke. The guy said it was broke before. OK. I don't want it. I want my original parts. They said they looked all over for the belt and couldn't find one. At home, I looked online for ten minutes and found one. I looked online for a different repair shop and found Smith and Lee. I brought it in . Mark was there and changed the belt. My vacuum cleaner works now. Mark didn't charge me. Thank you Mark.“
