“I run the kitchen at a local chocolate company. We have an unusual piece of machinery used in confectionary work called a Firemixer that most companies I called told me they couldn't work with. It stopped functioning last week which stopped our production completely. I called another repair company I found here first. They came out to asses the situation but couldn't come back to do the repairs until multiple days later. This wasn't acceptable as we had deadlines to hit. I found A&E the next day and they were quick to co e out, assessed the situation and came to a different conclusion that required a new part. We called the manufacturer and had it shipped overnight. A&E were able to come right back out the next day and has up back up and running a few hours after the part came in.Will continue to call them for our repair needs in future.“
“I was very happy with the service I received. The technician was able to come out within a day of my call. He arrived in the window of time I chose. He was friendly and experienced. Luckily my washer didn’t need anything major but he showed me some functions on my machine, told me to put smaller loads and cleaned out the jets. It was a reasonable fee and I’m looking forward to having more thoroughly cleaned laundry .“

“I had a very tricky uninstall of a old Bosch dishwasher and install of a new one. Travertine floor tiles had been installed after the 1st dishwasher was installed. I felt sure that they would have to break at least two to remove it. John, the main work man did his very best to not break them. The old washer was taken out in pieces, a mangled ball of metal. Nothing besides two tiles, and I have spares, was damaged. The new one is in place, and it was well-tested before they left after 2 hours of very hard labor. I appreciated John's great positive attitude and obvious professional experience. He communicated well during the process with a good sense of humor. It just happened to be my birthday and the successful job was a great present!“

“Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing. We called DG when we had a warranty issue on our LG fridge and they were fantastic. They helped us on short notice and went out of their way to help us chase down a part. We just hired them again when our Samsung washer had a leak. I called and was thrilled that a technician was available within a few hours to come out and stop the leak. And he was familiar with our issue and knew exactly what to do. DG ordered the part we needed and had our washer back up and running in less than 3 days. We will definitely use them again, although I hope we don't have to!“
