Martin and Dominique were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work, carefully maneuvering the unit into a tight space without any issues. They took the time to properly level everything and didn’t just drop it off and disappear , they actually came back before leaving the building to confirm the washer was running perfectly. Everything about the washing machine that I just bought has been terrific. I'll start with the store -- Westwood Appliance -- which was able to find for me in just a couple of days a VERY hard to locate Speed Queen LG machine, rated the absolute best in the latest issue of Consumer Reports. It was delivered exactly on time today by two excellent installers who brought it up the stairs in our house and put it in place perfectly, and then brought downstairs the older model that we were replacing. Great service, great employees, and great washing machine!!!
