“I had an excellent experience having my high-end appliances (Sub-Zero and Wolf) installed by Best after buying them at Snyder Diamond, who recommended them. I scrolled through the reviews for this company (btw, the name is spelled wrong on Yelp... it's Installation!) and I was surprised by the other experiences people have had. This was not the case for me. I have had those kinds of experiences with installation by other companies so I appreciate the times things go well, which they did for me with Best. The installation crew... Gabino and Christian... did an excellent job, were very thorough and careful, and easy to have in the house. (Again, not my experience with other companies). Erik was great at communication (as was everyone I talked with at Best) and the company was very accommodating with my ever-changing schedule (my kitchen ended up being delayed almost two months). I would definitely use Best again for appliance installation.“

“Of course in the middle of a heat wave my AC decides to stop working. I called around to a few places who were closed or couldn't schedule anything until maybe Monday. I then called OIG and I am happy I did. Igor arrived within about 90 min. of my call and had the issue resolved within 30 min! Igor talked me throw what the issue was AND fixed and additional issue I had no idea about. Such a great guy! I HIGHLY recommend OIG and will use them again for all my HVAC needs! Thank you!“

“Our washed washer was slowly dying..until it did. Our contractor recommended Waadt appliance in the Lake Balboa district. Not only were the sales staff well informed but also low pressure. The sales effort couldn't have gone smoother. Upon delivery we noticed we purchased a gas dryer. We needed an electric dryer. No problem switching out the two. Chris the sales person also mention that the electric is a bit less expensive than the gas dryer. He could've hidden that fact from us but was straight up and honest. If you're caught in an emergency with a failed appliance Waadt is sure to make the process quick and easy. “I was very happy with the service I received. The technician was able to come out within a day of my call. He arrived in the window of time I chose. He was friendly and experienced. Luckily my washer didn’t need anything major but he showed me some functions on my machine, told me to put smaller loads and cleaned out the jets. “Our Whirpool year 2010 Fridge/Freezer's coller keep stopping by its self , we would just usually switchbit back off then after 3-5min turn it on again and it will work. However, it kept doing it again so wr decided to get it repair. Boris came within 2 hours after we called. He was very professional, honest.
