Our 4-year-old Bosch Convection Microwave died, which is not uncommon, and the fix is relatively straightforward: Replace the door switches and the fuses. They proposed $250 in labor plus the original service call fee of $80. Seems high, but okay, I can accept it. But what I couldn't accept were the proposed charges for the parts, which came to $304.62 before tax in addition to the labor. I called for service repair and universal appliance repair scheduled my appointment asap , I'm so happy with the services they offer, thank u universal for fixing my appliance, I will be calling u guys again and reference you to fam and friends

This company is absolutely horrible. My Whirlpool Dishwasher broke after 10 months, and Whirlpool hired Universal to do the repair. Twice Universal ordered the WRONG part from Whirlpool. So, seven weeks after my 10 month old machine broke, I still don't have a working dishwasher.The customer (non) service from Whirlpool is another matter. I will never buy another Whirlpool/Maytag appliance as long as I walk the Earth.
