I didn't realize the reviews were already so bad about this company. Unfortunately my home warranty assign them to my claim. After explicitly stating the problem with our appliance they completely ignored the real problem and wrote an incorrect report. When I called them to discuss they basically said there's nothing we can do and basically they don't care. Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely terrible company, 6 months of the same issue and refrigerator still not properly repaired, and I would highly recommend that if insurance company schedules them - ask for a different company. Personally, they don’t deserve even 1 star
Absolutely terrible experience. The technician came out, barely looked at our washer, and immediately blamed us by saying we “overloaded” it so the insurance supposedly wouldn’t cover the repair. It honestly felt like they had already decided before even inspecting it properly. After looking at their Google reviews, I realized we are definitely not the only people this has happened to — there are multiple 1-star reviews saying they use the same excuse over and over to avoid covering repairs.
