All I can say is this company is terrible. They were contracted through my home warranty insurance. They came out for the initial service call, were literally in my house for 2 minutes and diagnosed the issue. The technician told me he would submit the report, my insurance would need to approve it and then the parts could be ordered, he said it would likely take a week so he would be back out the following week. The next week came and went and I heard morning. After calling the company I found the report was never submitted. Don’t waste your time. If your warranty company sends them out request someone else! The first time I had repairs it went smoothly, second time my appointment was 12-5pm. The tech didn’t show up until 8pm!!!! I almost didn’t let him in. This third time the tech said I need to defrost my freezer once in a while. My freezer isn’t older to where it needs defrosting, it defrosts automatically. So, that tech was not knowledgeable at all. It’s been over two weeks and I’m still waiting on parts. So, I’ve been without a dryer this whole time. With all these bad reviews, I don’t know how they are still in business.

I didn't realize the reviews were already so bad about this company. Unfortunately my home warranty assign them to my claim. After explicitly stating the problem with our appliance they completely ignored the real problem and wrote an incorrect report. When I called them to discuss they basically said there's nothing we can do and basically they don't care. Absolutely horrible company
