We use them at our restaurant to repair our true refrigerator which was still under warranty. They came out twice to fix the problem and it's been several months sense without any more issues they came when they said they would, and were reliable.

I used these guys in the past it was neither good or bad, just what one would expect. Well, last Friday, in the middle of a massive heat wave, my upstairs condenser crashed. The fan was no longer turning. Knowing I was in trouble I started calling first thing in the morning. Of course they couldn't promise anything, expected, but they would call me back later. I tried several other companies and got the same results. Meanwhile its 90 degrees upstairs at home. I called back around 2, not to see if they were coming out as I expected them to be too busy, but to see if they could get me in on Saturday, Labor day weekend! A1 was very prompt! They are very ethical. They could have 'found' a bigger problem and charged me, but instead no parts were needed and my furnace works great! Bill is professional and efficient. Thanks!Service: Repair HVAC
