“I had a very tricky uninstall of a old Bosch dishwasher and install of a new one. Travertine floor tiles had been installed after the 1st dishwasher was installed. I felt sure that they would have to break at least two to remove it. John, the main work man did his very best to not break them. The old washer was taken out in pieces, a mangled ball of metal. Nothing besides two tiles, and I have spares, was damaged. The new one is in place, and it was well-tested before they left after 2 hours of very hard labor. I appreciated John's great positive attitude and obvious professional experience. He communicated well during the process with a good sense of humor. It just happened to be my birthday and the successful job was a great present!“

“Honestly, had a really efficient experience with this company and Alex the tech was great. Quiet, but that is actually refreshing as some other contractors can be too talkative! I read some of the reviews here when my home warranty assigned them after my washing machine broke, so I called that moment and set up an appt instead of waiting for them to call me as the warranty company suggested. We scheduled for them to come out next day, they inspected the machine, ordered the parts, and texted to set up the follow up appointment and everything was fixed within 9 days. My recommendation is just be proactive and courteous and all will go fine!“
