He has remodeled my Master and Guest bathroom, and refaced my fireplace and staircase. I have LOVED working with Vince and his crew. They are skilled and talented and knowledgeable and show pride in their work. They were respectful of my home and my time. He was very knowledgeable, (Even with my dinosaur of an AC unit) and he wasn't trying to underplay or overplay the problem. He got it fixed in less than an hour and the house is already cooling off. He was able to give me a parts and labor warranty for 3 years, and a parts warranty for lifetime. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company.“

“I have already gotten several bids on this pool remodel (need new baja deck, new coping, pool deck, equipment, pool plumbing just to name a few).

I heard about Thomas pools from a very reputable source so I called and met with Ron (designer and salesman) at Thomas pools within hours. He was right on time and very professional. Very personable, gregarious but efficient. Took all the measurements and to my surprise offered to design and build the hardscape and drainage/retaining walls for my whole back and front yard. I was impressed with his scope of work offered beyond pools, Ron’s astute explanations, and his ability to hand draw the entire project on a piece of paper in just a few minutes. Absolutely incredible first encounter.

I will update this review with before and after photos if I get a bid that makes sense and get the work completed. If not, still worth calling them because they have been great.“

After a few minutes on the phone and after a getting information on my foundation concerns, he was able to conclude that it was likely not a foundational problem, but a leak causing moisture, swelling and subsequent shift in the structure of the home. Turns out he was right. After some investigation, the piping running near the water heater had a significant leak. Few people left like him. I appreciate your assistance Ken.“

The performance and warranty for these windows are a matter of record. The only question was, 'what would the installation be like?' Construction Concern has past reviews that could go either way, but this is a family run local business and Waylan said he would honor a 5 year warranty, on their installation, to put my mind at rest.

The installation crew arrived timely and took 4 days to get the job done. They removed all debris and did their best to honor any request I had. I did have questions about the installation process that Waylan answered promptly. He inspected the work and addressed all of my concerns.

During this process, I discovered many of Construction Concern's employees have been with them for decades and take pride in their work product.

Now I enjoy my mountain top views through beautifully well insulated, fire rated, sound reduction windows.

At more than one point he and his crew members asked if I was completely satisfied.

He was respectful of boundaries and my wishes (concerning not just showing up at my door to do work without notice or asking my availability expecting me to be home and then calling me to tell me he is outside), and he was respectful of my time. Hector also has good listening skills. Last, he even went above and beyond the scope of his position and put trash left behind (4 plus months prior) by contractors hired by/that work with AAA Greenbuilders in the trunck of his vehicle to remove from my property what he could.
