Encore Builders - Outdoor Living
“Brandon and Oz and their team are amazing! Everything about our experience was high quality, from the work itself to the communication along the way.
The pipes for our pool were super old, so we needed to get them replaced to minimize leaks. As part of that, the pool was also re-plastered, with new drainage added, and we got new waterline tiles and coping. We also had the concrete around the pool redone with new pavers and added more drainage there as well.
Encore clearly care so much about delivering a great experience and result. They checked in regularly and really made sure that everything went perfectly every step of the way. Brandon was so helpful in giving us advice about things we didn't consider for proactively guarding against flooding issues, and worked with us to find all kinds of options for materials for our exact needs.
Their crew also always showed up on time and consistently did extremely high quality work.
We couldn't ask for a better experience, and we absolutely plan to use them again for anything else we need!”
H&A My Design, Inc.
“We hired H&A My Design for a full kitchen remodel of our condo, and as complete first-timers to a project of this scale, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From the very first consultation, the team took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us translate that into a realistic plan that fit our budget. They never made us feel rushed or pressured into upgrades we didn't need, and they were patient with all our questions along the way. We went from dated dark wood cabinetry and a fluorescent light fixture to a completely reimagined space with light whitewashed cabinetry, dramatic black quartzite countertops, a stainless LG appliance suite, and modern LED recessed lighting brightening the whole room. The transformation is honestly hard to believe.
Special thanks to our contractor, Orel, who worked incredibly hard to keep everything on schedule. Anyone who's done a renovation knows there are always hiccups along the way, but Orel handled every one of them with professionalism and a solutions-first attitude, and never let delays snowball.
By the time we got to the final walkthrough, there was almost nothing left to flag — the small touch-ups that came up were handled quickly and without any back-and-forth. It made the end of the project feel just as smooth as the beginning.
If you're considering a kitchen remodel and want a team that will genuinely listen to first-time renovators and deliver a high-quality result on budget, we can't recommend H&A My Design and Orel highly enough.”
