“I have already gotten several bids on this pool remodel (need new baja deck, new coping, pool deck, equipment, pool plumbing just to name a few).

I heard about Thomas pools from a very reputable source so I called and met with Ron (designer and salesman) at Thomas pools within hours. He was right on time and very professional. Very personable, gregarious but efficient. Took all the measurements and to my surprise offered to design and build the hardscape and drainage/retaining walls for my whole back and front yard. I was impressed with his scope of work offered beyond pools, Ron’s astute explanations, and his ability to hand draw the entire project on a piece of paper in just a few minutes. Absolutely incredible first encounter.

I will update this review with before and after photos if I get a bid that makes sense and get the work completed. If not, still worth calling them because they have been great.“

“We had Randal do our living room remodel. It was a big project which included filling in a sunken room to make the floor level, removing 2 fireplaces and adding several windows. Randy's team was there for it all. Demo was loud, but they were as clean as possible and construction moved quickly. They never disappeared on us for weeks and Stephen kept letting us know what the schedule was and when it would get done. The minor punch list was done quickly and our project finished ahead of schedule. As Randy says, he isn't the cheapest, but if you are looking for quality work, good materials, solid project management, and great looking results, we haven't found anyone better.“

“*On December 21, 2023, there was big rainstorm in Santa Barbara. The entire side yard area, laundry room, and 1 downstairs apartment were flooded. Two adjacent downstairs apartments had flooding, too.*We called Foundation Technology, and the crew drove from Santa Clarita, arriving within 3 hours! They dug trenches in the side yard to divert the water to the front yard and out to the street.*A few weeks later, the guys came back and installed a new drainage system AND a sump pump.*This past week, we had a great deal of rain, and the system worked GREAT.*Yesterday, February 4, 2024, the major storm hit Santa Barbara with tremendous force.*The street in front of my apartment was flooded from sidewalk to sidewalk.
